Smart Home Technology for People With Disabilities

(IRB#: IRB_00187713)

This study will look at how smart home technology impacts people with disabilities and their households. Smart home devices, like smart lights, thermostats, locks, and voice assistants, may improve life. This study wants to understand what works well, what is challenging, and what could be improved with smart home technology for people with disabilities. People in the study will complete a 20-minute survey to share experiences using or not using smart home technology. People may also participate in a follow-up interview.
