Motor Learning and Memory
(IRB#: IRB_00183830)
This study will see which brain regions support motor learning skills and memory. Participants will complete surveys and motor tasks (finger tapping) and wear an actigraphy (device worn on the wrist to track motion). People will also experience Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). An MRI will be done to scan and take images of the brain. Transcranial electrical stimulation (TES) will also be used as a painless way to stimulate specific brain areas using a small device placed on top of the head. These activities allow seeing the brain's motor learning and memory processes. People will attend two in-person visits that last about two hours each at the study clinic over two days.
