Ruxolitinib Cream for Children with Nonsegmental Vitiligo

(IRB#: IRB_00182881)

Nonsegmental Vitiligo is a skin disease that causes loss of pigment (color) in patches of the skin on the face and body. Ruxolitinib is an approved cream for older children and adults. This study will see how well the cream works for children 2 to 11 years old. Participants will apply the cream at home to treat the areas of skin twice daily for up to 1 year. Being in the study requires attending about 8 in person visits at the study clinic. Medical tests will be done throughout the study to track the health of participants.
