Stigma and Mental Health Help-Seeking of Chinese International Students

This study intends to learn Chinese International students perceptions of mental health services in the United States. This study will see whether teaching these students more about mental illness impacts their ability to seek help. Participants will complete surveys. Participation lasts about 20 to 30 minutes.

  Age: Over 18 years old

  Volunteers: Healthy Volunteers

   Location: In Person

Inclusion Criteria

  • Ages 18 to 30 years old
  • Full-time international student holding an active F-1 or J-1 visa in the US studying in a college or university
  • Citizenship status from the Greater China area, which includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan

Will I be paid for my time?
